Advent calendar

Wallonia. The “Abbey of Stavelot” is a historical abbey in which three museums and a café are situated nowadays. The museums “Historical museum of the principality of Stavelot-Malmedy”, “Guillaume Apollinaire museum“ and the “Spa-Francorchamps racetrack museum” offer interesting permanent exhibitions to different topics. Until May, 21^st you can also visit the temporary exhibition “The Knights Templar. Separating myth from reality”.

During Christmas time the Abbey of Stavelot is organising a special programme for visitors as well: for example the following Sunday, December, 18^th, there will be a Christmas concert with Christmas Broadway in the refectory of monks at 2pm. The concert will have duration of one and a half hours and different songs will be presented a capella, by choir or even with orchestra accompaniment.

Opening hours are 10am until 6pm every day, except for December, 25^th and January, 1^st.

The All-in-one-ticket for all three museums and the temporary exhibition cost 9.50€, kids aged 6 to 18 and seniors aged 65+ pay 8€. The entrance fee only for the temporary exhibition is 6€.
